Terms and Conditions:
- Dennis & Sons Contracting has the right to terminate and/or make changes to this promotion at any time.
- Estimates will only be accepted from registered and licensed contractors in PA & NJ. The competitor must have General Liability Insurance & Worker’s Compensation.
- Materials must be an exact match from the same manufacturing company.
- Coupons and special promotional offers can not be combined from Dennis & Sons Contracting or the competitor.
- Price match can only occur prior to purchase.
- Competitors proposal must be within 7 days due to constant price increases.
- All formal bid’s need to be printed and include a printed price and the competitors information.
