He also comes out and makes sure things are going well. Once the work is totally complete he comes out again and does his final check. I really like this.

I would highly recommend Dennis & Sons roofing who replaced my townhouse roof. They did a great job at explaining the process to a novice and had patience with my numerous questions and concerns . They were very helpful in fixing holes in roof from tree damage. Rob fixed crown molding. They installed a whole roof replacement and new gutter system. Rob was very helpful in working with our insurance company. We would definitely recommend.

After checking out many of the area roofers to reroof the home with a metal roof from failing architectural shingles, we settled on Dennis and Sons. Jonathan was great, fairly priced, and willing to work with us on specifics and recommendations. We got standing seam for the bulk of the house and a little bit of copper roofing as accent over a bay window area. They did a great job and finished within the expected time frame. They also cleaned up very well, which is often a challenge when there’s little bits of tar paper, nails, screws, and snippings of metal roof that goes everywhere during demo and reconstruction. It looks great and we expect it to last longer than we do. I’ll likely never have to get another roof!
We also got some snowguards installed on the barn corrugated galvanized metal roof at the same time.

Dennis & Sons did an excellent job repairing our roof! After a pretty rough storm, our roof was in need of repair. We spoke with Joe who got us set up immediately for an inspection. Jonathan was at our place within 24 hours, inspected the damage, and placed a strong temporary fix to our damaged shingles. We then gathered 3 quotes. One from Dennis & Sons, and ones from 2 other local roofers. Dennis & Sons quote was not only the most detailed quote, but also was a great and fair price! Once we decided to move forward with them, they put us on the schedule. Due to a heavy storm, they were able to move our new roof installation up a day and we were so very appreciative. The roofers did an excellent job!!! To all of those who helped us through the process, Joe, Jonathan, Barbra, and the additional roofers – thank you!
